At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion is about the perfect fit, even when things don't go as planned. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your return package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
